Arkiplanner LLC ("Arkiplanner," "we," "us") is a planning and design firm based in Sarasota, Florida. This policy covers arkiplanner.com and the ways you contact us through it. Information you give us. When you fill out the Start a Conversation form, subscribe to email updates, schedule a call or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, organization type, how you heard about us and the message you write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This comes from cookies and similar tools described below.
Please don't send sensitive information. Our website forms are not meant for health information, financial account numbers or other sensitive personal information. If an engagement requires handling that kind of data, we set up appropriate safeguards and agreements first.
